Parking:
There is plenty of street parking along Hastings street in front of and near our building, as well as parking spaces on Macdonald Avenue and the surrounding area. Please note, street parking is not allowed on Hastings Street from 3:30pm until 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. If you have an appointment from 2:00 pm onwards, we suggest parking on the side street, Macdonald Avenue, or our underground parking lot.
Our commercial underground parking lot is accessed directly behind the building on Pender Street. (There is no access to our parking lot from the garage on Macdonald Street).
The buzzer code is 0205 to enter the parking lot. You may park in the general parking spaces to your immediate right, or our LEMMO designated spaces on the second level located just past the garbage and recycling area.
Elevator Access:
Street Level: Elevator access on the street level is behind and to the left of the outdoor courtyard stairs, in between both commercial buildings. There are exterior signs on the buildings to direct you. The elevator is located in the 3960 building with an elevator buzzer to the right of the door for commercial tenants. Our elevator buzzer is 0205. The elevator will take you to the second floor, turn right, walk through the outdoor courtyard and enter our building (3900). We are located in the adjacent building (to the West) of the elevator.
Parking Lot: Elevator access in the parking lot is found on the second level – the same level as our designated parking stalls (to the left of our stalls). There is signage in the garage to direct you. Once in the elevator press “2” for level two and follow the signs to the right, through the courtyard, and into the neighbouring building.
